De Boretti Forza beschikt over vier hoofdbranders, een gietijzeren grillrooster en een bakplaat. Op deze gasbarbecue kunnen dus meerdere gerechten tegelijkertijd bereid worden. De gas zijbrander is er voor het klaar maken van bijvoorbeeld een sausje voor bij de vis. In het deksel zit een geïntegreerde thermometer om bij te houden hoe warm de barbecue is. De gasfles kan onder de barbecue worden opgeborgen, zodat hij geen ruimte in de tuin of schuur inneemt.
